WHAT DO I NEED TO RUN MY GROUP TRAINING DELIVERY?
Watch this to learn about providing the evidence for your group training sessions.
What are 'consecutive group sessions'?
As part of the group training deliveries, you are required to run two consecutive sessions. The training topic runs (or extends) over two sessions of 20+ minutes. What many people do is plan an hour long training delivery and split it into two equal parts. As long as you have two separate session plans and separate training aids (eg: copies of a PowerPoint presentation for each participant) - then the majority of the evidence can be gathered.
You can either have your session viewed by a qualified trainer, with some photographs taken for additional evidence; OR you can record the sessions on video.
Remember: a group should be no fewer than three (3) people, yet in the future, this qualification may require up to eight (8) people. So try to deliver to more than three (3) people if possible.
